Agrabah Hierarchy
queen/king - nasiraThe ruler of Agrabah. Highly-trained, experienced palace guards that keep the palace safe. They usually answer to the vizier.
kethüda - [open]
They oversee the city. Their duties included the collection of taxes and "keeping the peace."
city guards - [open]
City guards patrol Agrabah and answer to the kethüda.
nazır - [open]
The Nazır has the administrative power over the military.
soldiers - [open]
The bulk of the kingdom. They defend Agrabah and participate in raids. They answer to the Nazır.
citizens - [open]
Noncombatants that do not take a direct part in hostilities. They just boost the economy.
kullar - [open]
The kullar are slaves. Essentially objects, they have no rights and must do whatever their masters tell them to. A person who really pisses Nasira off can get demoted to kul if they're not killed first.
prisoners of war - [open]
Captured enemy soldiers. They can be held for ransom, tortured, executed or "promoted" to kul.

They engage in systematic activities to acquire knowledge and improve the kingdom's technology.
doctors - [open]
Professionals who practice medicine, which is concerned with promoting, maintaining, or restoring human health through the study, diagnosis, and treatment of disease, injury, and other physical and mental impairments.
executioners - [open]
Officials who carry out a sentence of death on a legally condemned person.
bards - [open]
Professional story tellers, verse-makers and music composers, employed by a patron (such as a monarch or noble), to commemorate one or more of the patron's ancestors and to praise the patron's own activities.
apothecaries - [open]
Medical professionals who formulate and dispense medicine to physicians, surgeons and patients.
blacksmiths - [open]
Metalsmiths who create objects from wrought iron or steel by forging the metal, using tools to hammer, bend, and cut. Blacksmiths produce objects such as gates, grilles, railings, light fixtures, furniture, sculpture, tools, agricultural implements, decorative and religious items, cooking utensils and weapons.
merchants - [open]
Those who spend their lives in the pursuit of selling things to others.
